Basement potlights are another great choice for a homeowner, especially if the basement is to be used as a workshop, TV or game room.  Even if the basement is only used for storage, the addition of potlights will make it easy to find what you’re looking for.

While potlights are very easy to install into homes that are not already finished, or during a remodeling process, it is possible to install potlights into older homes too. It is a little more difficult, as we have to find out where all the pipe work, electrical conduit, gas lines and ductwork is but it is not impossible, we do it all the time.

Basements are often very large areas in a house that are unused because they are unfinished, dark and unwelcoming.  With the addition of potlights, you can flood an otherwise unfriendly area and turn it into a lot of extra useable square footage!
